Gabriela Gonzales has been bringing her love of excellent food to tables for 20 years. In 2017, she moved from Argentina to California, bringing her passion for traditional, open-fire cooking to a new audience.

The Gaucho Grill or "Asado"
The Argentine Gaucho grill or asado is the centerpiece of our on-site preparation. The grill itself is a work of art, grilling and turning vegetables and meat over open flame and coals to bring out unique flavors.
This technique of cooking over coals or wood embers came from the Argentinian gauchos who developed this style of cuisine as they grilled their food out on the grasslands.
Open-fire cooking is more than a way to prepare a meal. It is a unique experience from start to finish that brings together families and friends. We are happy to bring the traditions of authentic Argentine cuisine to your next event.
